This is a photo experiment that I decided to tackle after viewing FI's "compositing and retouching" video tutorials. In the past I have never had the opportunity to created much more than banner images and combined photos for various main images for sites. The goal was to create a semi-realistic image that at a scale that I never had before.

I primarily used 5 photographs as well as various custom vector elements weaved in to complete the image. I chose a BMW Sauber car that was close to the angle that was needed. There was some pretty heavy manipulation that went into taking the car apart and get it to the final stages of it fitting the landscape.

The final full-size version is sized at 5280 x 3318px; 300dpi.
